Accessibility Policy and Feedback Process of Traction DK inc.
This policy sets out how Traction DK inc. (hereinafter "Traction DK") uses a proactive and systemic approach aimed at recognizing and eliminating barriers for persons with disabilities, in accordance with the principles of the Accessible Canada Act.
Accessibility Objectives
Traction DK aims to offer its users (employees, clients, and all other users) an equitable experience and to improve the accessibility of its products and services.
Traction DK recognizes the right of all individuals to equal opportunities for development and to measures designed to meet their needs, without discrimination, including that based on disabilities.
Traction DK makes efforts to implement processes and technological means, which will be integrated into an Accessibility Plan aimed at achieving the highest level of accessibility for persons with disabilities.
Feedback Process
In order to improve accessibility, Traction DK listens to persons living with disabilities and invites those who wish to share their feedback on:
- How it implements its accessibility plan;
- The barriers they encountered when dealing with Traction DK.

To submit their feedback, all users may, in accordance with the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessibility Standards Reporting Requirements Regulation, contact our responsible person in two (2) ways:

Feedback may be provided anonymously.
Employee feedback may also be submitted using the Reporting Form contained in the Code of Ethics available to employees.
Except for feedback provided anonymously, an acknowledgment will be sent to you upon receipt of your feedback. We strive to respond to your comments as soon as possible after receiving the request. By communicating your feedback to us, you consent to the collection, use, and archiving of your personal information for the purpose of reviewing it and responding to it to better serve you. This information will be processed in accordance with Traction DK's Privacy Policy.
