Our philosophy is based on the principle that communication between two departments must be tracked and leave traces. This is why we do not integrate a chat feature. Our system works by tasks. It is possible to assign tasks to specific departments or users. In addition, you can subscribe to a task to be notified when it is completed. This module allows you to easily track and update yourself as they are completed. Managers also have access to a supervision module to ensure that employees are up to date on their tasks.
